Dream

How I wish dreams could become reality.

I met someone who felt like they were always meant to be mine. We were wrapped in warmth—cuddling, laughing softly, like the world had faded away just for us. Petite, gentle… everything I never knew I needed, yet somehow had always longed for.

It began unexpectedly—an argument with a stranger, words turning sharp, tension rising until my hands were raised in defense. And then, like something out of a story, they appeared. A quiet kind of hero, stepping in with calm strength, dissolving the chaos as if it were nothing. They weren’t alone—three of them, two guys and a girl, each effortlessly beautiful, the kind that makes your heart stumble without warning. I found myself drawn to all of them in ways I couldn’t quite explain.

But dreams have their own way of choosing for you.

Out of the three, I found myself gravitating toward one—a boy with a smaller frame, soft yet magnetic, carrying a warmth that made me feel safe the moment I was near him. There was something about him… the way he looked at me, the way he held me—it made everything else disappear. His features were gentle, familiar in a comforting way, with sun-kissed skin that hinted at long days under the sky. He felt real. Too real.

We lay close, tangled in a quiet kind of happiness, speaking in silences, smiling into each other’s presence. No urgency, no need for anything more—just a pure, simple kind of love.

And just as I began to settle into that warmth… I woke up.

Left with nothing but the lingering softness of a dream—heart full, yet aching, because something so beautiful was never truly mine.
