Day 13: A Close Call

Not everything in this journey has been quiet or safe. One day, while following my curiosity and observing the hidden corners of the world, I had a moment that made my heart race. I realized, almost too late, that I wasn’t as unnoticed as I thought.

For a few seconds, everything froze — the light, the shadows, even my own breath. I felt the weight of someone else’s presence, just beyond my perception. But luck, timing, or maybe instinct, kept me hidden. That moment left me shaken, yet strangely alive.

It reminded me that discovery often comes with risk, and that the thrill of noticing, of seeing what others might miss, carries its own price. But it also reinforced something deeper: the world is full of secrets, and sometimes, the closer you get to them, the more vividly you feel alive.
